2. Enrollment & Participation
- • Admission to the movement or Massive Drive 2026 is personal and non-transferable.
- • High-speed participation and completion of "Pagla" assignments are essential.
- • Recording or distribution of content is strictly prohibited without written consent.
3. Payment & Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, except under our Satisfaction Guarantee (valid within 30 days of the first session). Eligible refunds are processed within 3 working days.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All frameworks, including the 4P Framework (Projects, Principles, Papers), are the exclusive property of Coach Kanchon Academy. Unauthorized sharing may lead to legal action.
5. Ethical & "Pagla" Standards
We believe in high-vibe growth. Misconduct, harassment, or unethical behavior leads to immediate dismissal without a refund.
6. Confidentiality
Business metrics and coaching interactions within the community are strictly confidential to ensure safe, authentic self-expression.
7. Results & Implementation
Results are tied to your Implementation Speed. We provide the blueprint; the actual business empire depends on your action.
8. Force Majeure
Technical or infrastructure failures may lead to session rescheduling without penalty.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide a roadmap, not specific legal, financial, or medical advice.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be addressed through mutual understanding and the "Spirit of the Movement." Matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
